- People – you need the right people in the right seats; figure out how to determine who shares your core values
- Data – a handful of metrics to help manage your business; it will enable you to have a pulse of your business on a weekly basis, predict future developments and quickly identify when things have fallen off track
- Issues – learn to identify and solve any issues in your business; create an open and honest culture
- Process – document everything the way you want it done in your organization
- Traction – bring focus, accountability and discipline to your organization
